On one of our scheduled backpacking tours you will join a group of between one and six people. You'll be carrying everything you need for the length of your trip in a comfortable, fitted, top-of-the-line backpack that normally weighs between 25 and 35 pounds. Your trip will be led by a professional guide. Together you will set off into the backcountry to find the adventurous heart of the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, or one of our other premier areas.

Our day hiking tours focus solely on the Grand Canyon, Banff and Flagstaff area. Choose from six options in the Grand Canyon ranging from hikes along the rim to strenuous hikes that venture far into the Canyon. Choose from seven fantastic hiking options in Banff. In the Flagstaff area, choose two of three options and then enjoy a fun, in-depth experience of the natural and cultural history of the area. All tours include a guide, use of a technical day pack, and a delicious lunch.
